UGUARD NETWORKS WARRANTY STATEMENT

  • Warranty Policy
  • UGUARD NETWORKS Technology Pte., LTD provides product after-sales service and provides warranty service for the product body (excluding accessories and wires) according to the service content.
  • Hardware products due to improper use or disassembly and repair without authorization from the original manufacturer are not covered by the warranty. UGUARD NETWORKS may charge product maintenance service fees from customers at its discretion.
  • Warranty Coverage Services
  • UGUARD NETWORKS has due maintenance obligations for repair products returned by customers within the scope of warranty. Customers do not need to bear any maintenance labor costs and parts replacement costs; if the product returned for repair has exceeded the product warranty period, product warranty service has not been purchased, or the warranty terms are not applicable (please refer to "Non-warranty scope"), various items Repair and replacement services will be subject to a charge (including maintenance and shipping costs). When returning the product, please keep the packaging intact, including wires, power cords, transformers and other accessories.
  • Not Covered by Warranty
  • Any product damage or defect that is not attributable to UGUARD NETWORKS is not covered by the warranty. Reasons that are not attributable to UGUARD NETWORKS include but are not limited to the following:
  • Failure or damage due to natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.
  • The product serial number barcode is re-posted, forged or altered, or the barcode is damaged and the warranty period cannot be read.
  • Disassemble the hardware, modify or replace non-original parts by yourself or by entrusting repairs not authorized by the original manufacturer.
  • Failure to operate in accordance with regulations or damage caused by improper use: including but not limited to improper placement that causes the product to be immersed in water, corroded, dropped, squeezed, or exposed to abnormal temperature and humidity environments.
  • Accessories other than the product itself: such as cartons, instructions, etc.
